The offense seemed to stall in the second half as Murieta Mesa put a touchdown on the board in each of the final 2 quarters to outlast the Titans to secure their second victory of the season.

11204417_527696474049764_6452036000353178078_nQuarterback Peyton Uhl got the Rams on the board in the second quarter on a 8-yard TD pass to McKinnly Ross and then ran one in from the 17-yard line. Senior Maxwell Scott intercepted Titan quarterback William Keegan’s passed and took it 30-yards into the end zone.

Uhl’s  second touchdown in the third quartet to was to Giovani Sanders. Tahguitz right back and drove down the field and scored on Keegan’s 3-yard QB keeper to make it 28-12. The Titans made it exciting when Marquan Conerly-Warren put the end zone with a 4-yard run early in the fourth quarter.12006115_527696230716455_5216665585935709730_n

The Rams put the game away with just over 4-minutes  to play when sophomore quarterback Jeff Miller found Ross in the flat who turned the corner and scored on a 9-yard touchdown.

Mateo Thompson is still nursing an injury from last week but was still perfect with 5-PATs. He only had one touchback in his 6-kickoffs and apparently the injury is still bothering him.11998924_527696240716454_5215216101183674872_n
