The Golden Bears’ 3-0 Victory over Cypress Earns a Trip to the Final Game against San Luis Obispo

Temecula Valley cruised past Cypress 3-0 in the CIF-SS Division 2 Girls Soccer Semifinal on Tuesday at Cypress High. The victory advances the Golden Bears to the Championship game this Saturday. Temecula will travel to San Luis Obispo to take on the Tigers who are 23-1 this season.

“We’ve been battling all year to get to this point,”said Temecula Valley Coach Jennifer Guinn. “How exciting that we are going to go to the CIF finals.” The last time that the Golden Bears were in a CIF Championship game was way back in 2007.
