Juniors Victoria Bailey and Carley Kruse led the Nighthawks with 17 and 14 kills. Senior Kimmy Lynch came up with 21 digs and junior Victoria Bailey had 10 digs for Murrieta.

“For one of the first times this season, we played as one cohesive unit tonight” said coach JD Miranda. “It was awesome seeing Ashlyn Gergins step up and take charge of our offense. Both of our outsides Carley Kruse and Victoria Bailey really stepped up on the net mixing up their shots and putting the ball away even when we were out of system. As there are always things to improve on, we are very pleased with the girl’s performance tonight”.
