HS Volleyball: Temecula Valley Sweeps Murrieta Valley in 3 Sets

The Golden Bears Cruise to a 25-14, 25-18, 25-17 Victory

Temecula Valley beat Murrieta Valley in straight sets 25-14, 25-18, 25-17, to stay on top of the hot contested Southwestern league standings. The Golden Bears are 7-1 and locked in a battle for first place with arch rival Vista Murrieta.

The defending league Champion Golden Bears were again led by the trio of Madison Endsley, Peyton Mcbride and Jordyn Amoy.

Endsley and Mcbride had 9 kills each for the Golden Bears. Mackenzie Krauss-Stewart came up with 4 big blocks while

Jordyn Amoy was named “player of the game” registered 5 digs and 22 assists for Temecula Valley.

Rebecca Rendahl shined for the Nighthawks. Miya Carmichael and Anna Holman both went on service runs and played outstanding defense for Murrieta Valley .

Temecula Valley will have a showdown with Vista Murrieta this Thursday. The Broncos are tied with the Golden Bears with identical 7-1 records and beat Temecula in their last meeting.

The Nighthawks are 2-6 in league play. Murrieta Valley will be home to face Great Oak.
