Lake Elsinore: Suspect Arrested for Sunday Morning Murder on West Graham Avenue

Lake Elsinore Police have arrested a suspect in the Sunday morning murder on West Graham Avenue. Victor Vega, 25, of Lake Elsinore was arrested for murder on Monday and booked at the Cois Byrd Detention Center.

The victim was identified as 24 year old Brayan Guzman of Lake Elsinore. On April 28, at about 10:30 am, deputies assigned to the Lake Elsinore Sheriff Station were dispatched to a report of a man down in the 200 block of W. Graham Ave, Lake Elsinore. Upon arrival, officers located a deceased male.

Guzman was found to have significant trauma to his body, and the crime scene was secured. Lake Elsinore Station investigators responded to interview residents in the neighborhood. The Central Homicide Unit responded and assumed the investigation.
