On 9/21/16 at approximately 2:17 a.m. a Murrieta Police Officer was conducting extra patrol along the Clinton Keith Corridor when he observed a vehicle drive behind the Rite Aid at Clinton Keith Road and Palomar Road. The vehicle was parked near a donation bin and the officer observed the occupants walking away from the running vehicle.
