Temecula: Shogun Restaurant Evacuated for the Second Night in a Row Due to Unusual Odors


Shogun restaurant in Temecula was evacuated for the second time in as many days due to an unusual odor noticed by patrons and staff.  No one has been reported hospitalized this time around.

The Riverside County Fire Department was called once again at around 7:50 pm Saturday evening to determine the cause. About 20 firefighters and Riverside County Health officials were called to the scene tonight to try and locate the cause of the odor.

The Riverside County Fire Department Hazmat Squad was called in last night due to strange odors. Two customers were sent to local hospitals at around 8:40 Friday night.

Shogun Restaurant is a local favorite serving Teppan Steak, Sushi and other Japanese food. It is located at 41501 Margarita Road., Suite #L-101 in Temecula.
