Temecula: The Wine Town Rollers Host the Vendolls of the Ventura County Derby Darlins

This Exciting Roller Derby Bout is Set for May 19th in Temecula

The Wine Town Rollers, Temecula Valley’s first roller derby league, will be hosting a WFTDA sanctioned roller derby bout on Saturday, May 19th at Margarita Community Park in Temecula.

Doors open at 6:00 pm with Wine Town Roller’s Whine Makers battling against the Vendolls at 7:00 p.m. Entry is free, however donations can be made to the league in-person or online at http://paypal.me/winetownrollersca. Please bring your favorite folding chair and snacks and you can pick a spot next to the track.

Wine Town Rollers is devoted to the hard-hitting world of women’s flat-track roller derby and is a full member league of the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association (WFTDA). The league is currently comprised of two home teams, the Bordeaux Bombshells, and Team ChamPAIN, in addition to the WFTDA charter travel team, the Whine Makers.

Wine Town Rollers also has a 16-week Raisinette training program for new skaters learning skating skills and the game of roller derby. They also have a junior league for boys and girls ages 7-17, the Juice Box Crushers.
