Temecula: Top Chefs to Compete Once Again for a Good Cause

The So-Cal Chef Open September 11th benefits Oak Grove Center for Education, Treatment & the Arts.

Top Chefs from across Southern California will gather at Pechanga Resort & Casino to compete in the 10th Annual Open Chef event. The Completion benefits Oak Grove Center for Education, Treatment & the Arts. So far Chef Matthew Steffan of Cork Fire Kitchen, Chef Martin Venegas of the Great Oak Steak House and our favorite, Jennifer Sevilla from Crab Boil Catering have signed up.

The event will be held at the Award Winning Journey at Pechanga on Monday September 11th, 2017. The signature event welcomes Chefs from throughout Southern California to participate in a tapas style competition to highlight their culinary expertise.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample all the delicious cuisine and vote for their favorite dish in the “People’s Choice Award”. Celebrity Judges will be on hand to determine the “Pinnacle Award”.

Sample foods while also supporting a great cause as proceeds from this event will benefit the at-risk and special needs youth of Oak Grove Center.
