The 18th Annual Temecula Art and Street Painting Festival Captivated & Charmed the Crowds

Thousands Entertained at this Years Event Over the Weekend

The City of Temecula hosted the 18th Annual Temecula Art and Street Painting Festival this past weekend. The event featured many artists selling and exhibiting their work in wood, pottery, jewelry and other art mediums in tents.

The three-day event featured chalk mural artists creating an asphalt gallery of chalk art masterpieces some as large as 12-feet by 12-feet. Each year the Temecula Art & Street Painting Festival has drawn thousands of visitors to Old Town Temecula to this wonderful art show that featured many fine artists, ceramicists, jewelry designers, and photographers showing and selling their work in festival tents lining Town Square Park, Main Street, and the Civic Center quad.

The event featured over 50 chalk artists this year creating a variety of chalk murals in the heart of Old Town Temecula. The completed chalk masterpieces captivated and charmed the large crowds that attended the event.

The three-day event also had live music and a kid’s art and crafts tent was held at the Temecula Civic Center.
