Temecula Valley Battling Bruins Place Second at the Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships



The Tournament is being Held in Orlando, Florida this Week & Nationally Televised

15310697_10209627045864797_2057636637_nThe Temecula Valley Battling Bruins Pewee Cheer squad finished second in the Pop Warner National Cheer & Dance Championships in Orlando Florida . The Tournament started on Monday and ends today, Over 600 Cheer and Dance teams from all over the country competed at the  the ESPN Sports Complex at Disney World



The Temecula team, coached by Patricia Mikkelsen was edged by the Howell Lions whose score of 88.74% . The Battling Bruins scored a close 86.00%. The road to the National Championships for a cheerleading or dance team isjust as difficult as for football teams. The competition is tough in tournaments and it gets tougher as they advance to the Nationals.

Delaney Loveridge, Destiny Davis, Ella Lippen, Grace Barclay, Hailee Stoner, Hunter Stackpole, Jenna Juve, Kiera Cavanaugh, Kelsey League. Lillia Landsberger, McKenna Duty, Morgan Mikkelsen, Sage Scott, Samantha Cox, Samantha League, Tara Mahoney, and Tori Stackpole.

The Head Coach is Patricia Mikkelsen and her assistant Coaches are Kristin Juve, Holly Cox, Starr Stackpole and Jackie Stoner. Colleen Mahoney is the Batling Bruins’ Team Mom.
