Wildomar: Suspect Arrested for Possession of Narcotics after Foot Prusiut


On Friday, November 11, 2016, at about 3:40 PM, an officer from the Wildomar Police Department was on uniformed patrol in a marked unit when he observed a white Chevrolet truck on Catt Road occupied by two subjects.

The officer subsequently initiated a traffic enforcement stop on the white Chevrolet truck for a vehicle code violation. As the truck pulled over to the side of the roadway near the intersection of Catt Road and Arnette Road, the passenger in the Chevrolet truck fled from the officer.

After a short foot pursuit, the passenger was taken into custody without further incident. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that the passenger was recently released from a state correctional facility, and was in possession of methamphetamine in addition to heroin.

The passenger of the vehicle, Chance Cody Pogue, 31-years old, and a resident of the City of Wildomar, was placed under arrest for possession of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, and was transported to the Southwest Detention Center for processing.
